Tena Brands Arts & Brands – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or invoice is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork.

  • Digital downloads or licensed digital products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted over 50%.

3. Return Process:

  • Request: Customers must initiate returns via email (returns@tenabrands.com) or through the online portal.

  • Approval: A return authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 48 hours.

  • Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to Tena’s error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refund Options:

  • Full Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Store Credit: Offered for faster processing (e.g., no-receipt returns or partial refunds).

  • Exchanges: Free exchanges for defective/damaged items (shipping covered by Tena).

5. Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery. Include photos for verification.

  • Expedited replacement or full refund offered.

6. Exceptions:

  • International Returns: Customers bear return shipping and customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

  • Sale Items: Refunded at purchase price unless defective.

7. Sustainability Note:
